WHY RIVULET//:

HISTORY OF THIS ICONIC DEVELOPMENT

In the mid-1970s, former Dallas Cowboys legendary tight end and successful businessman Pettis Norman acquired this ninety acres of land with an ambitious vision. It would be 50 years later that Mr. Norman was introduced to real estate developer Terrence G. Maiden, CEO of Russell Glen, to share his hope for the property and a desire to ensure it would be developed to uplift the Oak Cliff Community. Maiden was the perfect fit, given his upbringing in the community and impressive experience.

Russell Glen Company would engage award-winning architect Yen Ong, Partner/Co-Founder of 5G Design Studios, to lead the design strategy for a master planned community.

THE VISION FOR RIVULET IS A VIBRANT, WALKABLE, GREEN DISTRICT WITHIN THE “EDUCATION COORIDOR” OF DALLAS.

Rivlet will provide a new way for Dallas residents to work, live, and play harmoniously by focusing on connection to the water, central green spaces, cutting-edge retail/ restaurant concepts, and recreational opportunities. This master-planned community will also provide a diversification of living options.
